Accutech’s Super + 2 also uses the “mushroom type” spring. There are helices on the adjustment loops of the labial bow to adjust the rotations in the anterior teeth. These helices enable this appliance to make facial and lingual corrections of these teeth. The limitations of corrections are 1-2mm in either direction.
