During my residency @ MCV, we used Accutech and my retainers always fit. Upon opening my own practice in N.C. I used a local dental lab for my retainers. Rarely did I find retainers that fit without significant adjusting. In addition, I had to retreat several cases due to anterior relapse. I cannot believe how long I fooled around trying to get these retainers to fit. I have since switched back to using Accutech and my retainers are fitting again.
